Calculates the charge transport through a graphene quantum dot using self-consistent potential. The structure is similar to the one in Fig. 3 in 2014 Nanotechnology 25 465201, however, we use 2DEG model for the leads and the self-consistent potential is calculated only once for EF=0. Thus, the results are different from the ones in Fig. 3 in 2014 Nanotechnology 25 465201.
