Description

Single/multi threaded function to calculate the partial inverse of a double valued complex matrix. (zgetDiagInv can be also compiled with Intel MIC support). The input matrix A must be a structurally symmetric sparse matrix.

Syntax

ret = zgetDiagInv(A)

Parameters
A A structurally symmetric comlex valued sparse matrix.


Return
ret An array containing the calculated diagonal of the inverse matrix.
