Examples
Here we summarize the examples which illustrate the usage of the EQuUs package.
Minimal conductivity (MC) of graphene
The minimal conductivity of a single layer graphene ribbon as a function of the aspect ratio.
Spectral density
Calculates the spectral density as a function of the transverse momentum quantum number in a ballistic superconductor-graphene-superconductor junction.
Magnetic barrier
Calculates the conductance as a function of the energy for a given magnetic field. The magnetic field is applied perpendicularly to the scattering region, while the magnetic field in the leads is zero.
Graphene antidot - eigenstate
Calculates an eigenstate of a graphene antidot for three different boundary conditions in a homogeneous magnetic field.
Graphene antidot II - transport
Calculates the conductance through a graphene antidot in a homogeneous magnetic field.
DC Josephson current
Calculates the DC Josephson current in an SNS geometry.
Magnetic Ribbon
Calculates the transport through a graphene ribbon in a perpendicular magnetic field.
SSH Transport
Calculates transport through an SSH chain including a topological band inversion.
SSH Josephson
Calculates the DC Josephson current through an SSH chain including a topological band inversion.
Graphene Conductivity
Energy dependent conductivity through a wide (4 micron) graphene ribbon calculated by the adatpiveQ interface.
Differential_conductance and IV curve
Calculates the differential conductance and the IV curve through a square lattice. Example taken from Eur. Phys. J. B 53, 537-549 (2006).
