Here we summarize the classes providing functionalities for the second abstraction level of the EQuUs package.

Classes
antidot A class to perform transport calculations on an antidot (i.e., a hollow in a ribbon).
CombineRibbons A class for combining multiple ribbon parts of equal width and from the same material in a two terminal setup. (Obsolete)
Density A class to calculate the onsite desnity useful for self-consistent calculations.
IV A class to calculate IV curves using the steady state non-equilibrium Green's function method.
Ribbon A class for transport calculations on a two terminal setup made of two-dimensional lattices.
SNSJosephson A class to calculate the DC Josephson current in the SNS arrangement.
TwoTerminal A class for transport calculations on a two terminal setup.
