Description

This function parses the input file containing the parameters and creates the data structures to create class instances.

Syntax

[ Opt, param ] = parseInput( filename )

Parameters
filename A string conatining the filename. For the structure of the XML input structure see this.

Return
Opt An instance of structure Opt containing the computational parameters.
param An instance of structure param.
